RCM Critical Update to v2.3.5

Marway Optima PDUs with RCM firmware version 2.3.0 through 2.3.4 have a critical firmware error in the main board which may cause the firmware to get stuck in an endless reboot loop during startup. We recommend that all units with these firmware versions should be updated to version 2.3.5 (or later if further releases become available).

Models Which are Affected

• All RCM PDU models shipped after July 16, 2019 and before February 22, 2021.
• All RCM PDUs shipped before July 16, 2019 have versions 2.2.x or earlier, and are not affected.

Essentially any PDU with Marway’s RCM firmware version 2.3.0, 2.31, 2.3.2, 2.3.3, or 2.3.4 is affected. This generally corresponds to the dates noted above.
